1. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made to BMC Shilpo Shiksha Gabeshana Parishad are non-refundable and non-transferable, including but not limited to:
- Classes and workshops
- Digital courses and study materials
- Registration and examination fees
- Certificates and verification services
- Membership and affiliation fees
2. Physical Product Returns
This applies only if physical products are supplied.
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items in the package
Conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Clear photo/video evidence is required for verification.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only under valid circumstances such as:
- Product is damaged or not delivered
- Double payment made by the user
- Technical/payment gateway error
Refunds are not provided for any other reason.
4. Refund Timeline
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- The time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
5. No Refund Will Be Provided For
- Change of mind
- Failure to attend classes
- Leaving the course midway
- Personal reasons or emergencies
- Providing incorrect or incomplete information
- Digital services already delivered or accessed
6. Cancellation Policy
- Classes, memberships, and affiliations cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
- Digital downloads, e-materials, and online courses are non-cancellable once accessed.
