- Any misconduct, misuse of materials, or violation of institutional rules may lead to removal without refund.

- All PDFs, worksheets, videos, digital courses, and study materials are for personal use only.
- Sharing, copying, distributing, uploading, or reselling digital content is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized sharing may lead to legal action or account termination.
5. Affiliation & Membership Terms
- Once approved, affiliation and membership cannot be cancelled or transferred.
- Affiliation documents must be used only for educational, legal, and authorized purposes.
- Misuse of affiliation credentials may result in suspension or legal action.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All course content, artworks, videos, certificates, logos, materials, and documents are the intellectual property of BMC.
- Reproduction, modification, publishing, or unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
- BMC is not responsible for technical issues on the user’s side, including internet problems, device issues, login errors, or system incompatibility.
- BMC is not liable for delays caused due to incorrect submissions, incomplete information, or user negligence.
